Shipping & Returns


We charge a flat rate of $9.95* per order for postage to all Australian Metropolitan Areas. Items are posted via Australia Post or courier depending on size of your order and your location.

Free postage for all orders $50* and over to Australian Metropolitan Areas.

Our team endeavour to process all orders immediately once the payment has been completed. Please allow shipping to take between one to ten business days from date of payment dependant on delivery location. Bulk orders are delivered by a furniture removalist and may be subject to longer delivery times.

* Natural Home Co. may request for additional shipping fee where delivery may result in unusually high freight charges (including, but not limited to, remote delivery locations, island deliveries, etc) Natural Home Co. reserves the right to cancel an order if additional shipping is not paid. Please contact us first if you’d like to check if your location may be subject to unusually high freight charges. We value your business and will give you a highly competitive discounted rate.

Please carefully read our returns and exchange policy below.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or damaged in transit simply follow the steps below so any problems can be handled promptly by our team.

  1. All goods must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims for damage or quality issues must be raised during this time, claims will not be excepted beyond 24 hours of the goods being delivered
  2. Notification of any defect or damage must be provided to Natural Home Co within 24 hours of receipt of the Goods. That notification must include details of the nature of the quality issue, flaw or damage to the goods and include digital photographic evidence. Claims will not be excepted beyond 24 hours of the goods being delivered
  3. Notification to Natural Home Co must be made in writing by email to,
  4. Any returns due to faults or damage must be made utilizing Natural Home Co approved carriers and transport companies. Goods will only be accepted if returned in their original packaging
  5. Provided the returns process is followed Natural Home Co will at its discretion either refund the purchase price in full or replace the Goods as soon as is reasonably possible

Please choose your items carefully as Goods may not be returned due to a “change of mind”, we do not issue refunds or exchanges. Only faulty or damaged goods may be returned and are subject to authorisation at Natural Home Co’s discretion.

Many Natural Home Co products are handmade and as such there may be slight variations in colour, shape, texture, grain or otherwise. This is considered a unique feature of each individual piece and items cannot be returned for this reason.

Natural Home Co will not accept returns nor any liability for repair, exchange or refund in respect of defects or damage caused in whole or in part by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or failure to follow product warning or care information.

Many of the products stocked by Natural Home Co are handmade and finished, and as such may have individual and unique finishes. These may include cracks, diverts, knocks and colour variations which are not considered faults but part of the nature of some of our collections. Many of our fabrics are hand-loomed and individually dyed, again this is not considered a fault but part of their individual character.

Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to us marked undeliverable, we will contact you to organise re-delivery at your own cost. If you do not respond, you will be refunded the original purchase price but not the shipping charges.

Incorrect Address

Natural Home Co. takes no responsibility for incorrect details entered into our system. Please ensure that your correct delivery address is entered on your order.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
